Going back to 2001, this is the set collectors look to grab and hold as many of the low number autos as possible. This 1/2 will be no different. Expect it to get grabbed, and held in a quality collection of New York Yankee greats.Authenticity:Upper Deck Certificate on the back warrants independent, third party authenticity for the autograph from JAMES SPENCE Authentication LLC, a company we highly recommend. Includes gold hologram on card back. Grading:This card has been graded by Beckett Grading Service as a MINT 9, and the Autograph has been graded a "10"! The autograph grade is the key number here. Many auto cuts of late have been mis-cut, not fitting on the card, and simply, not of top quality presentation. This one does not have those common problems. No part of the signature runs off the paper. Experienced autographed collectors know, a Gehrig pencil signature, approved by James Spence, and graded a 10, is about as good as it gets for a flat item. Card owner is considering taking this card off the market until the economy improves. If you want it, this may be the last week to get it at this price. Shipping & Handling This beautiful card will be sent to the winning bidder via USPS Registered Mail within the U.S. and by UPS Express to Canada. An adult signature will be required at the time of delivery. The shipping fees for this auction will be $5 within the U.S. and $7 international.
